What to include

To help us respond faster, include the email address on your HubGuard account and, if your question is about a specific portal, the portal name as it appears in your dashboard. Never send us passwords, OAuth tokens, or HubSpot API keys — HubGuard never needs them, and we will never ask for them.

Free vs. Pro support

Both plans are supported by email. As described on our pricing section, the Free plan includes community support and Pro includes priority email support.
